Translucent Tubing

I've been imagining a form that bends and might hold a clear liquid.

Such becomes hard to visualize without having another sketch that is opaque.

This one ought to be a challenge in that I imagine it to be a clockwork powered by the weight of water pumped through specially chambered tanks inside.
